By accessing and using the Doriane Scents website at dorianescents.co.za and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely accurate, complete or error-free.

• All our reed diffusers are handcrafted with premium fragrance oils
• Product colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched
• We accept credit and debit cards, EFT and other payment methods listed at checkout
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
• We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds if items are out of stock

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free delivery is available on all orders over R500. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, Doriane Scents is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Doriane Scents website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs and software, is the property of Doriane Scents and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Product Use and Safety

Our reed diffusers are intended for indoor home use only. Please follow all care and safety instructions included with your product. Doriane Scents is not liable for any damage, injury or adverse reaction resulting from improper use of our products. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Doriane Scents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action.
