Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping rates & delivery times

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery times and rates are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Packaging

Every Doriane Scents order is carefully packaged in our signature black gift packaging to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully presented. We take great care in packaging fragile items to prevent damage in transit.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery on the courier's website. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us directly.

5. Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• Report damaged items within 48 hours of receipt
• Include photographs of the damage in your communication
• We will respond within 1 business day with a resolution

6. Returns & exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging for an exchange or store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
